Our Crimson & Cream cupcake and Belhaven beer pairing gets glam in the story. I concur that cupcakes & beer (and Drunken Noodles & Simply Naked Sauv Blanc or Shepherd’s pie & Schlenkerla) represent innovation in its most delicious state.

The Sweet Revenge® Winter Spice Cupcake is Featured in Cake Central Magazine!

We are thrilled a new artisan cupcake, Winter Spice, is prominently featured in the cake industry’s premiere magazine, Cake Central. We were asked by the editors to take inspiration from their image of birds on a bow and submit a holiday-esque cake. Read all about how I came up with this holiday-inspired Mexican vanilla cake with cranberry jam center, topped with spiced chocolate cream cheese frosting, drizzled in dark chocolate ganache and sprinkled with cranberry sugar, with the help of Sweet Revenge’s fabulously talented chef Danielle Falcon. Our wine & beer pairings (Sweet Smaak Pinotage and Young’s Double Chocolate Stout) get some fab PR too! PS the recipe is included in the article!
