We are thrilled a new artisan cupcake, Winter Spice, is prominently featured in the cake industry’s premiere magazine, Cake Central. We were asked by the editors to take inspiration from their image of birds on a bow and submit a holiday-esque cake. Read all about how I came up with this holiday-inspired Mexican vanilla cake with cranberry jam center, topped with spiced chocolate cream cheese frosting, drizzled in dark chocolate ganache and sprinkled with cranberry sugar, with the help of Sweet Revenge’s fabulously talented chef Danielle Falcon.
