Making Lemonade Zinger out of Lemons

Five years into owning my business, I’ve got more headspace for creative solutions and problem solving.  When a recipe goes awry in the kitchen, I feel good that thanks to some quick team brainstorming, we are making dang tasty lemonade out of the ole proverbial lemon. In our case, we are whipping up fabulous walnut chocolate chip cookie bars, red velvet whoopie pies and sticky buns covered in a decadent Chocovine cream cheese glaze.

Where there is an unsavory issue, there is a delicious opportunity.
